I recently discovered that the daily requirement of Potassium is 4700 mg according to Dr. Eric Berg, which very difficult to achieve. 1/8 tsp. will give you 900 mg. The potassium is great. Top notch. Mixes in easily. My only issue is with the plastic container being quite thin (better for the environment) and I find it hard to hold it firmly enough to unscrew the lid.
